Architecture, structure and facades
The lakeside villas are defined by clean, understated architecture and an open, fluid arrangement of spaces, enhanced by generous ceiling heights, floor-to-ceiling glazing and skylight with integrated shading. The buildings are constructed in reinforced concrete and feature a high-performance thermal envelope. The rendered facades combine a harmonious colour palette with durable materials.

Roof
The flat roof incorporates thermal insulation and waterproofing. It is partly finished with gravel and partly planted as an extensive green roof. A photovoltaic system generates electricity for on-site use.

Windows and solar shading
Large-format aluminium-framed windows are fitted with insulating glazing. External adjustable louvre blinds and awnings provide effective solar protection and enhanced privacy.

Heating and cooling
An energy-efficient heat pump supplies the underfloor heating and cooling systems. Individual room thermo­stats allow independent temperature control; the living room and bedrooms are also equipped with fan-coil units.
